Can Jira key field in the activity stream be inherited/read from page properties

Hi All,
We are using 'Activity Stream' Macro (adding XML link of 'Activity Streams gadgets' from Jira to external gadgets in Confluence) to bring Jira issue activity tab in our confluence pages.
In the 'Activity Stream' Macro we are manually giving the Jira issue key.
Rather than giving the Jira issue key manually, in the confluence page itself we provide the Jira issue key inside 'Page Properties macro' as a field, from there can 'Jira issue key' field in the activity stream inherit/read the issue key automatically(from page properties macro). So that we don't need to fill the Jira issue key manually.
Is that possible?

@Arya Soman The macro is not setup to dynamically read information from the other macro.
