Can a selected macro be added to multiple pages quickly?

Is there a way to add the same macro to specific multiple pages at one time? Trying to add Page History macro to multiple existing pages.

Not likely. From a logical standpoint, how would a tool know where on the page to add the macro?

At the very least, I thought it would be helpful if there was an option to include a macro in a template, which would then insert the macro into a page created using that template.

While you can add a macro to a template to be added to all NEW pages, as soon as a page is created, it becomes disconnected from the template.
