Can anybody help me with my Activity Stream, the links are broken?

Hi there!

I have encountered a few errors using the Activity Stream ( https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/activity-streams/ ). My users have attached some files and they were trying to access the attached file through the links in the Activity Stream; but the links are broken. See the screenshots below for more details.

Edit: We were trying to troubleshoot and found out that the error is in the link. For example our the link to the attachment was something like this "http://domain.com//download/attachments", there was a double forward slash in the link.

Does anybody know a workaround or better yet a fix?

you're indeed looking at the bug that is being reported here:

• Broken Attachment Link in JIRA Activity Stream Gadget

If the user would like to download attachment from the activity stream, they can manually remove the extra forward slash and use the URL to download the attachment.

However, the broken preview in activity stream that is also affected by the extra forward slash still don't have a workaround on it thus far.
