I have created a _library page to centrally-house all policy documents, which are in DOC, XLS, PDF. These attachments are not labelled.
I have also created children pages to display the respective policy document in the Office Word/Office Excel/PDF macro's preview box. I labelled these children pages as ällowsearch.
I have implemented a livesearch macro in the main page, which is restricted to allowsearch label, to allow staff to hunt for the relevant policy document. However, even when the search word appears in the Office Word/Office Excel/PDF macro's preview box, the livesearch macro returned nothing.
If I labelled all the policy documents in the _library page as allowsearch, the ivesearch macro would return results but upon clicking at any one of them, it would automatically download the DOC, XLS, PDF file instead of just showing the children page or in the inline browser.
What can I do to prevent the downloading of file? I just want to display the children page upon clicking the livesearch's returned results.
