Can not find a people with @

My teammate has account as Zhi Peng Z P Jin_SP, but I can not search it with @ when i am trying to assign task to him, any idea?

Few followup questions - Are you able to mention any users at all, or just not your specific username?

Is anyone else having the same issue? Did you try another browser to see if you are experiencing the same behavior ?

other user name is fine, just this user not work, i am sure i input the correct name.

Usually such issues are fixed by reindexing. Which plan are you using - free/standard/premium ?

Hi @James Chen Looks like you have confluence Server/DC installation and not cloud (which you have tagged while raising the question) There's a trick that you can try -ask the user to add some information in his profile and save it. Wait for few mins, then you can see if you can mention him ? If that doesn't solve your problem, you might have to rebuild search index of your confluence instance. Since reindx might take some time depending on your instance size, it is recommended to do it during non-business/off peak hours. Let me know if that helps.
