I am trying to claim ownership in Google Search Console of our Confluence site - "xxxx.atlassian.net".
We are using your addon "Google Analytics in Confluence" on our Confluence site and it works today - sending data to Google Analytics as it should.
So my idea was to claim ownership of the Confluence site "xxxx.atlassian.net" in Google Search Console using the "Google Analytics" verification method.
However - it does not work and I get an error message:
"It was not possible to find a tracking code for Google Analytics on the web sites start page"
Details. I have used the following urls:
Is it possible to claim ownership this way using your app? If so - can you give some detailed instructions for how to do that?
If not - do you know of any other way achieve this? I will ask Confluence as well, but my guess is that you can provide a faster answer...
Should perhaps mention that we use Confluence Cloud.
