Can one update one's Confluence space offline?

Okay, probably silly question - but can one update one's Confluence space offline? And then synch. Or, is there some workflow that others have used - if this kind of requirement is required?

Correct me if I'm wrong, Gary, but, is your question related to update/edit the Confluence Space/page offline and then, synchronise the changes, so it would be implemented in the instance?

If so, currently, since the offline modifications would only be performed if you, for example, edit the configuration files that are inside the Home/Install folder of your instance, that are responsible for Confluence's content and since the instance doesn't provide the UI offline, we would not be able to update it.
