Can page summaries be disabled?

Is it possible to disable the "Atlassian Intelligence" page summaries that pop up when hovering over items in the left-hand menu? I don't find them helpful, and they actively interfere with quickly glancing through pages.

Unfortunately, AI capabilities cannot be enabled/disabled on an individual basis. The only way to disable this is to disable AI completely for the whole product (Confluence)

That feature request describes it well. Although it doesn't necessarily say that an individual user could turn on or off a feature for themselves only, which is probably what would be appropriate for me.
