Currently it is possible to restrict the use of PocketQuery queries to specific spaces by specifying the space keys with the query. However, if the list is left empty the query will be allowed in all spaces. This is even more problematic since we started giving external users access to specific spaces through an extranet plugin.
Is it possible to change the PocketQuery configuration so that an empty space list means "Allowed in no spaces" instead of "Allowed in all spaces"? How?
Thanks and br,
Thomas
Hi @Thomas Volpini ,
Thanks for reaching out here!
What you are describing is correct: the spaces list provided in queries is a whitelist of spaces in which the given query will be allowed. If you don't provide any values, the query will be allowed in all spaces.
I can see that this is limiting for your environment. We haven't heard that this was an issue to others before. Would you mind raising a ticket at the Lively Apps service desk so we can try to find a solution together?
Best, Felix
