Can't access Confluence

I have a person on my team who is unable to log into his Confluence account. It constantly sends him in this loop where he must enter a CAPTCHA and a password reset, then it dumps him back to the main login page.

I had him try on several browsers, Google, Edge, etc. Then I had him clear the cache on the browsers, shut them down, then open again, and try again. He still can't access Confluence.

Can anyone help please?

Hi @Angie Elliott 

If you are the Confluence administrator, clear his unsuccessful login attempts, change the password and check once loggin in!!
