Can't access a restricted page even though I'm an admin

So when I access this restricted page, it shows sth like this:

This is one page in the whole space that I'm the admin of.

I tried to go to "Space Permission" but no hope.

Can someone help me out here please?

On space level do you (admins) have 'Restriction permissions?

we do have this permission, in fact we have all permissions in this space. That's why it's so weird to me.

If you first install the user switcher app, then click on Request access, you should be able to see who will get an email. You see something like this:

Now you can use the user switcher to become that user (use X+X followed by the user name) and change the restriction settings. And use X+X to switch back to your own user account.
