Can't create a blank page in Confluence

I am using Jira and Confluence cloud version. I am not able to create new pages in confluence. In fact, frequently just by clicking a link in JIRA OR CONFLUENCE I get the following error.  I've been a huge fan of Atlassian products, but I'm on day 1 of this new subscription and I'm about ready to drop it. Any advice?

This is something I'd definitely like the Cloud team to have a look at. They have access to your server logs so they will be able to let you know what the problem is.

I've raised a ticket for you with them, and you should have an email now with those details.

Once they resolve the issue, you can feel free to let us know what it was, in case it might help other users in the future.
