Can't disable email notification

I've followed the instruction to disable all my email notification already in the "email settings". But I'm still receiving notification email on every Confluence content update by other team members. Is it a bug?

Nothing helps... I believe there is a bug of some sort here... it's just spam mails.... bombarding me everything with updates... it is utterly crazy
