Can't find the Label icon on Create Template page

On the page https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/blueprints-and-user-created-templates-724764985.html the way it describes adding some default template labels is not working. It says there should be an icon but the icon does not exist. It looks like this has been removed but the documentation still says it should be the way. Can you fix this bug?

Please check out the attached ticket, and you can see the status of the related JIRA issue. The development is completed, it is simply awaiting release (as of the time of this answer).
