Can't remove a user from Confluence space. By deleting all rights on space still 1 right stays 'View' remained.
We want to remove a user from space completely.
Maybe there was a synchronisation needed (?), because today I've no problems with removing the users.
Thanks for your help.

Yeah, that's what I couldn't replicate - when I entered the Permissions edit mode, I used ticked on/off the Select all field, I was able to remove the user from the space once I Saved the changes (see the grayed Save button next to Cancel - it's easy to miss when you have a wide screen and need scoll horizontally).

I screenshot of your permissions would be helpful for us to understand better and help you. Maybe that user is part of a group which is granted access. Have you check that already?

Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ - there was another Community question describing the same behavior posted yesterday, clearly, something's changed at least for some users.
@Ferry Portier - so you go Select all / Deselect all and when you Save the changes, the specific user retains VIEW permissions, correct?
I wasn't able to replicate that (but I'm an Org admin on Premium) with a regular user - went Select/Deselect and the user was gone.
Is it happening to regular users (people) or just with app-users?
