Can't start Apache Tomact service on windows

I tried an upgrade from 5.4.4 to 5.6.4 on Windows Server 2008 R2 of Confluence as service with Oracle DB and received following error after "Installation complete" screen:

Windows could not start the Apache Tomact confluence service on XXXX

Error 2: The system can't find the file specified

following files were modified on install:

confluence\web-inf\web.xml

conf\server.xml

conf\web.xml

No files removed and some files added

Any suggestions are most appreciated for next attempt

What does the catalina.out log file say the problem is?
