Can the content of the TEMP folder in the VIEWFILE folder be deleted?

The content of the TEMP folder in the VIEWFILE folder is extremly large (>140GB) on my server. Can the content of this folder be deleted without side effects. It's temporary content isn't it.

That should be fine. In fact the viewfile folder can also be cleared as well ... Confluence will just rebuild the cache if it is cleared. The below article give info for the viewfile folder.
