Can we remove get access on top of the page?

Hi Guys,
I've another question again.
Can we remove get access on top of the page?

I think it might be good if I can get rid of it since all the users viewing this page will need no access to edit it.

There's no way to remove it - it's the main point of the display you're seeing.
