Can you bring multiple confluence cloud sites under a single licence?

if you have more than one confluence cloud site in your organisation can you bring them together under a single licence and administration structure?

e.g. you have

  • org1.atlassian.net
  • org2.atlassian.net

Both the sites have a different set of addons but serve the same organisation and have about a 10% membership overlap.

Can you bring them together under a single licence and administrative umbrella without merging the site or the pages?

If so how and what do you need to think about?

Hi @Daniel Park

Not that I know of.

Your organisation allows for multiple Confluence instances to exist under one organisation - likewise, users have just one Atlassian user account with access to multiple sites (and the Community!)

But these are still two separate instances - you're paying for two separate cloud sites so two licences are required to access them. Likewise, each has its own individual administration.

If there is a need to merge membership of both sites, I would consider the need for two separate instances - and whether you could achieve the same outcomes on just one instance!
