Can you grant access to a confluence document to an external user to view/comment?

I would like to invite external parties to view and comment on a private confluence document within my space. I don't want them to have access to the full space and do not want to add them to our account as a user. The idea is to grant them temporary access to view and comment (much the same as you would do on sharepoint). Is this possible?

Welcome to Atlassian community!

Unfortunately, if you use the Confluence Free plan, you do not have the option to change the Permission settings or use the feature Share content externally with public links (Public links are only available on Confluence Standard and Premium).
