Can you make fields required on templates?

I would like to make certain fields required on my template so that when people create the page, they must answer certain questions. Is this possible?

If you mean like have them enter a team name or some other information, you could use a variable.  In the toolbar after the table icon, you see an icon with a document and the downward chevron.   This inserts a variable.
