Can you no longer change link types individually on confluence?

Recently when attempting to change an individual link type to be an embed, the link type options have disappeared. Leaving only the option to go into your account settings to change link types across the board.

Is this happening in all browsers?  Is the ability greyed out or totally gone?  Can you share a screenshot?
