Can you restore Confluence 7.4.3 XML backup to 7.4.11?

I have a production Confluence server of 7.4.3 and created an XML backup.

Can I restore this XML backup to a test server with the version 7.4.11?

Without breaking the test server?

Based on this documentation, you can do that. You can restore into a later version, but not an earlier version.

One item to note is that according to this documentation, using the XML backup is not suitable for production backups/transfer. Instead they recommend using DB restores to transfer.
