Cannot access Confluence documentation page anymore

Hi,

Since Atlassian introduced login on Confluence documentation I cannot access this page anymore:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=315326681

Why is that? That page used to be public, why is Atlassian restricting access to documentation...:( ?

Turns out that the page has a view restriction set. Most probably by the author.
