Cannot access Zen branding designer

ou cannot change these settings while Zen Foundation is the active theme. Please use Zen's Brand Designer to control look-and-feel presentation.

I did enable in the Admin settings, but I'm still not seeing the branding designer.

I added the existing tags 'brikit' and 'zen' to your question in hopes that those following those topics can see your question.
