Cannot add shortcuts

Hi, 
My team is on the confluence-free plan & standard plan for Jira. And I have user admin access to Atlassian. Why do my team members can't add shortcuts? They can add only documents to the space but not shortcuts.

Hi @Oshadhi Vindhyani ,

only space administrators or site administrators can customize the sidebar or add shortcuts in Confluence. To resolve this, yo will need to either request space administrator access for your team members who require the ability to add shortcuts.
