I am creating a Requierements Document using Confluence online template, after saving and publiching document, if I highlight a portion of text, I got a contextual menu, in which I find an option to create a new Jira Issue, when I choose it, I fill some fields values, when I save, COnfluence process it correctly, as no Error Message is raisen. Issue is created correctly in Jira, but link in Counfluence is not created.
Once I was able to created correctly even with a tag with issue status (inside Confluence document).
Can you please give some advice?
Thanks
Hello @Germán Barrientos Mora,
Thank you for contacting us about this.
Could you tell me a few things about the problem you've experienced?
As a workaround, you can use the Jira issues macro to create Jira issues via Confluence, but I understand this isn't ideal because you can't use the highlighting feature to do so.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
Shannon
