Hi Community!
I would like to test Confluence and therefore I've setup a free plan however, I'm unable to create any space or page, although I've made it as an admin.
The error I'm getting are the following:
"We can’t create a page for you
You don’t have the right permissions; talk to your admin about adjusting them."
"We can’t create a space for you
You don’t have the right permissions; talk to your admin about adjusting them."
You can find the error screenshots here:

2. SPACE error creation: https://1drv.ms/i/s!Ar8nbUE8LROjjeB8jLuWVLQX8d-Ujw?e=VAuJEV
3. SPACE permissions: https://1drv.ms/i/s!Ar8nbUE8LROjjeB-WIsFu_-9PQ0Iog?e=MSHoVg
Is there something missing from my side or is there a bug from the system? Since I'm on a free plan, I cannot get support from Atlassian, which is very annoying as a first customer experience.
Thanks for your support!
Miguel
do you also use other Atlassian Products?
Do you only have Confluence or also Jira on a free plan?
If you have both, from Jira you should be able to access user management via the "cog" wheel.
On Confluence you as a user should have product admin permissions.
