Cannot cut and paste in Gliffy anymore?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Before we moved to the cloud I could easily cut and paste shapes in Gliffy ... now we are in the cloud I cannot cut and paste on any computer anymore although my colleagues can. And they have the same role / permission, same version chrome browser and same macs too? Any ideas please?
