Cannot download all attachments on page

Hi,

I tried to download the attachments from a page in my space via the Download All button on the Attachments page. When clicked, an error occurs as shown in the screenshot.

Could you please look into this, thanks.

Try to rename the file "Image2016-11-14 12:29:48.png" in the attachment property and try to download the file.

The error message is telling you that Confluence cannot read the file from the attachments directory.

You will need to look at the server to establish why it can't read it.
