Cannot drag whiteboard objects on android chrome desktop version?

I've been trying to use confluence whiteboards using my android tablet via chrome browser. I can edit a whiteboard diagram in chrome desktop mode but when I select an object like a box I am unable to drap it around the canvas using my finger. Has anyone else seen this issue and have a solution?

What platforms/browsers support Confluence whiteboards?

Today, Confluence whiteboards are supported on the following browsers:

• Chrome

• Firefox

• Microsoft Edge

• Safari

Please update your browser to the latest version to prevent performance issues.

We support viewing Confluence whiteboards through web browsers on mobile devices.

Whiteboards are not yet supported on Confluence’s native mobile app.

There are two open suggestions for Whiteboards on mobile devices:

• CONFCLOUD-79999 - Support Whiteboards on the mobile app
• CONFCLOUD-81275 - Support Whiteboards on mobile web browsers

Hi,

Thank you for responding.

The information you provide suggest whiteboards are supported using chrome in desktop mode on a mobile device.

However I am finding this setup very buggy where I am unable to use touch to move boxes around and instead the canvas keeps zooming.

I tried using a stylus to select a box but it will not move unless I select off the reselect then I can move it.

I wonder if it is better we open a support case and I can provide a video on what I experience which make whiteboards difficult to use on tablets?
