Cannot edit global colour scheme

Version: Confluence Server 6.7.1

I hope anyone is familiar with this issue. 

While pressing the edit-Button nothing happens, the same strange behavior on the Logo-Upload settings page. 

I can upload the Logo but I cannot upload a new Favicon. 

Maybe wrong folder permission of the installation?

If you need further informations, please let me know.

please check the log file atlassian-confluence.log (under home folder) in order to provide us more information about your issue.
