I deployd confluence and synchrony on kubernetes with clustering enabled and tomcatConfig enabled. When I tried to create page with collaborative editing enabled:
"This page is taking longer to load than usual. Give it a few moments, then try refreshing. Still having issues? Contact your Confluence admin."
after checking the confluence pod logs:
Synchrony response (401): Could not verify AppID/Secret for real-time collaboration service at endpoint: https://confluence.authority.neom/synchrony/v1/apps/secret 2025-01-23 09:40:17,659 WARN [http-nio-8090-exec-18 url: /pages/createpage.action; user: admin] [plugins.synchrony.config.DefaultSynchronyConfigurationManager] logJSONResponseField [Collab editing plugin] Response message for Synchrony-0e157622-c62f-3d1d-9a6a-933d1fda2d37: You are not authorised to use this endpoint. -- url: /pages/createpage.action | userName: admin | action: createpage | referer: https://confluence.authority.neom/plugins/servlet/cluster-monitoring | traceId: fe75671fd3de6064 2025-01-23 09:40:17,669 INFO [http-nio-8090-exec-18 url: /pages/createpage.action; user: admin] [plugins.synchrony.config.DefaultSynchronyConfigurationManager] postConfigToSynchrony [Collab editing plugin] Synchrony response (401): Could not verify AppID/Secret for real-time collaboration service at endpoint: https://confluence.authority.neom/synchrony/v1/apps/secret 2025-01-23 09:40:17,669 WARN [http-nio-8090-exec-18 url: /pages/createpage.action; user: admin] [plugins.synchrony.config.DefaultSynchronyConfigurationManager] logJSONResponseField [Collab editing plugin] Response message for Synchrony-0e157622-c62f-3d1d-9a6a-933d1fda2d37-debug: You are not authorised to use this endpoint. -- url: /pages/createpage.action | userName: admin | action: createpage | referer: https://confluence.authority.neom/plugins/servlet/cluster-monitoring | traceId: fe75671fd3de6064 2025-01-23 09:40:17,670 ERROR [http-nio-8090-exec-18 url: /pages/createpage.action; user: admin] [confluence.plugins.synchrony.SynchronyContextProvider] getContextMap This instance could not be registered with Synchrony.
The health of synchrony is OK and Collaborative Editing is On.
