Cannot include a table from another space using excerpts

I have created a page with a table in it. I have added "Table Toolbox" in the page. This toolbox has the "Table Filter" macro which removes 3 columns out of 7 columns in the table. This is wrapped with "Table Excerpt" macro with an identifier (aaaa) given to it. Now, if I opened another new page in the same space, I am able to get this table using "Table Excerpt Include" macro. I am able to see the final table after filtering out columns. But, if I create a page in another space, it says 'No Table Excerpt macro with name aaaa found'.

How to get this done? I need to maintain copies of a single page in multiple spaces with editing in a single place.

Please check the settings of your Table Excerpt Include macro that is located in another space.

For example, you select the Excerpt source as a "Specific page", then move to the Page title field and begin to type in the name of your page containing your Table Excerpt macro. You'll be provided with a hint (a sort of a dropdown menu) from which you can choose your page.

Make sure that you've chosen the right one. There can be pages with the same names but in different spaces. Maybe you've chosen the page that does not contain your excerpt.

I have used "Specific Page" option only and gave the correct name in the page title. If I replicate the same process on the same space where I have defined the table excerpt, it is fetching the table. Whereas, if I use this identifier with the same page name in another space, it is not. 

As you have mentioned, the excerpt might be referring to another page with the same name, then this should throw error even within the same space also right? (since I am using "specific page" option in both the pages) Or is it searching the current space on priority?

On a side note, I have cross-checked for the page with same name across other spaces as well. I couldn't find 2nd page with the same name.

Please make sure that you don't just copy your Table Excerpt Include macro to another space: insert a new macro and select your page once more.

Also double-check the name of your excerpt for typos or smth.

We really can't reproduce your issue: here is our Cloud instance.

I try to fetch a table to my personal space from the Table Filter and Charts (Live Demo) space (the TFCLD is its space key).

As you can see, I get my table just fine.

If I try to fetch this table from the same space, begin to type in the page title and choose the page from the menu, there won't be a space key:
