Cannot install JIM & Redmine for JIM plugins

Hello, 

I've got an error while trying installing Redmin importers plugin for JIM and also the JIM plugin into my Jira cloud instance.

However, I always got an error which say that this plugin is not compatible with Cloud install. Do we have any workaround to install those plugins to Jira cloud? I need to migrate my Redmine projects to Jira.

I've installed using "Upload add-on" button (after having enabled the Private list in Settings. Those plugins are not visible in marketplace when I do searching for add-ons
