Cannot link to anchor

I created an anchor in my confluence document. I want to create a link to it in the same document. I followed the directions that say to do Ctrl-K and select "Advanced," but "Advanced" doesn't appear anywhere. How do I do it?

please see here. Ctrl+K and then enter the name of the macro prefaced by a # symbol.
