Cannot open attached excel file in Confluence

Hi,

when we try to open an excel fiel attached in a Confluence page, we get a weird error message:

"A problem occured while accessing the Office Document Cache"

Can you please help?

Hey Rumceisz,

does this problem only occur in Confluence?
Maybe this could be helpful: http://www.7tutorials.com/fix-problems-microsoft-office-document-cache-being-corrupted

Also did you have a look at the Confluence logs for any errors or warnings?
