Cannot perform rolling confluence upgrade from 7.13.7 to this version (7.19.1)

We have try to upgrade confluence application datacenter from v7.13.9 to v7.19.1 version. But i got the below error,

any one help to us to resolve this issue.

BootstrapException: Unable to bootstrap application: Exception bootstrapping cluster:Cannot perform rolling upgrade from 7.13.7 to this version (7.19.1). This version of Confluence can only be rolling-upgraded from a cluster running a version between 7.17.4 and 7.19.1.

We have deployed in confluence dc standalone in AWS ec2 instance with Launch Template and ASG

I think that you need to perform this upgrade with dowtime.

Thanks for your response. The above document which you have shared is very helpfull to understand more. But as per the document for bugfixes version does not need downtime. I have tried from the version 7.13.9 to 7.19.1.  If am correct minor version like x.13.x to x.19.x is long gab so its required downtime.
