Cannot set my Overview as my homepage

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
For some reason the Overview page in my Sidebar looks like the below and I am unable to set the Overview as my homepage or turn it into a page at all. The Overview page does not appear on my tree and cannot be manually set as a homepage (second screenshot below)
