We have a very strange and crippling issue with Confluence 5.6.3. We can access Confluence and edit pages with no issues while in the office. However, when we connect via VPN 95% of the time we cannot update pages. Once in a while it works. The error we get is:
Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page.
Note: that we are using a simple java keystore. We have confirmed the keystore is present in our browsers certificates cache.
Now here is the really strange part. If the remote user, the one logged in via VPN, shares his/her desktop over MS Lync to a user that is in the building, then committing changes to pages works every time. ??????
We have tried removing all McAfee from the server and from the user's machine with the same results.
Same issue here.
