Cannot upload file to confluence. The server may be unavailable on Chrome

Hello,
A user at our company has been running into a problem where when attempting to load a powerpoint that is 20 MB, he is getting this push back message while using Google Chrome.

However, when using Safari, he was able to successfully attach the powerpoint with no problems.

Any ideas regarding this?

Hello Salvador,

That's interesting. This issue can be caused due to a wrong Base URL in confluence as we can see in some answers like this and this one.

Is this happening when adding the attachment when editing the page? If so, this KB may also apply.
