Hello!
We have a user who has found that when she puts the jira link of a ticket on a confluence page, it is not linked directly to the jira page but simply leaves the hyperlink, instead to a colleague, who belongs to the same groups and has the same role in the Jira project, it just puts the url of the link and it is taken as a new format (linked) and the "mentioned" section appears in Jira.
Does anyone know why this happens? Or what way do we know if it is due to something about confluence permissions?
Is there a way to impersonate Confluence Server to see if you are doing it correctly?
