Carousel displaying in Confluence's "Find New Add-ons"

Does anyone know if it's possible to purchase the carousel used in the Confluence Admin's "find new add-ons" screen (see screen shot)?

I've been unable to find anything of comparable quality.

Looks like it's provided via the Zen Foundation add-on.

Also found the "Image Slider" add-on, which works well.
