Change Log formatting is spread out and has limited editing capability

Setting up a change log and it formats with sevearal tabs between each field of data.

JIRA ticket number (spaces_______________________)ticket status (spaces_________________) Description

All cases in the Change Log created with spaces which can only be edited out manually as they don't respond to global formatting tools (such as left align, etc...)
