does anyone know where to change the password policy?

Hi Thomas,

I believe if you are on cloud this works differently, you actually ended up in the Jira server documentation.  (you can see that it reads  "Administering Jira applications Support" at the top of the page and that Server is selcted in the top right corner of the documentation page below the blue header)

This page could potentially be of more help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/password-policies-938859739.html I do however believe you have to subscribe/pay for Atlassian Access to administer this at all.
