Change text or add pop-up on Manage add-ons screen

I need to disable an add-on before I update the Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager Plugin; otherwise, the system stalls out and I need to restart Confluence.

Is there a way to...

• Customize the text on the "Manage add-ons" screen to provide a reliable reminder of this step?
• Create a pop-up window that appears when accessing the "Manage add-ons" screen with this message as a reminder?

This is tricky enough for me to remember, but I also want to leave a reminder to anyone who may be administering the site if I am not available.  I've created documentation about this, but I want a reminder message to appear on the Manage add-ons screen where action has to be taken.
