Changing Active Directory Group definition on Crowd, Confluence, JIRA Software, Bitbucket

Hello,

I change Active Directory and AD groups are not the same.

We use Bitbucket, JIRA Software and Confluence with Crowd, and we have to change the groups defined in these tools by the new groups that will be created.

Example:
before GRP_AD1_APP1_JIRA_TL
after AD2_APP1_TL

For that we must identify all the configurations allowing to add a group.

I noted that :

1/ Bitbucket :
global permission
project permission
repository permission

2/ JIRA Software :
global permission
project - Users and roles
project - Workflow transitions - conditions and validators
Shared filters on groups
Shared dashboards on groups
Notifications
Other Add-on permissions

3/ Confluence
global permission
space permissions
space - page/page tree restrictions
SPAM Prevention
Other Add-on permissions (Questions,...)

I want to query database to find all group references and then script change with Rest API (PUT/DELETE).

Would you have any recommendations and queries to find all these references ?
