Changing the Cloud Instance URL Address New Cloud Instance (only Confluence)

Hi! Hi try since long to change my cloud instance URL address. 
Back when i tried it months ago, the work around with the export/import of data didnt work and threw an error. 
Now i tried it again and i do not even see the backup-manager anymore in the confluence-administration. 
How i'm i supposed to change my URL now? 

I'm really tired of all this, please find me a solution.

This is not currently possible. As you have already tried, you can export and import. Consider logging a support request?
