Hello community! I wanted to ask about the possibility of creating a way to sign in Confluence. I'll explain better...the idea is to read a document and that when you click on a check it appears either in a table or in a space for the user and at the same time the check cannot be deselected.
Thank you so much!
As Mark indicated above, Confluence out of the box does not have anything to support document control or signatures.
Digital Rose has a few apps in this space you may consider evaluating. eSign Document Management has an extended training module for assigning Read & Understood assertions as well as revision control, management reports and automated reminders.
Hi @Nicolas Mayans ,
Confluence Cloud has no built in signature type.
You can use an addon from the marketplace. There are multiple different signature addons, each with different features.
We make Document Control for Confluence Cloud, and you can configure it such that users can sign with a click (or with a separate password/code), and you can display an overview of signatures in a page.
