Child page display with limit and link to view all?

Hi,

Is it possible to show child pages on a confluence page the same way as is shown in the sidebar?

Ie, set a limit to the number of pages shown by the macro (whether that be children display or page tree), but have a link below that provides the ability to view all of them?

I don't think there is a solution in the child macro for your question. You can restrict the number of pages shown by child macro which would limit the number. 

A quick solution could be using the expand macro combined with child macro for showing the rest (and excerpt of course the first 3 pages)
